Villa Les Chênes Verts – Plascassier

Les Chênes Verts is a spacious villa (245m2) lying  within almost 13,500m2 of gardens and private woodland.  It is only half an hour’s drive from Nice airport and just 20 minutes from Cannes, Antibes and the beaches.

This spectacular villa is on three levels.  It was extensively renovated in 2013 and 2014 and has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It features three large  bedrooms (two with king-size beds and one with twin beds) with en suite bathrooms and two additional twin bedrooms with a shared shower room.  All bedrooms have air conditioning. The large (56m2) open plan salon/ dining room is air conditioned and has polished marble floors and a large wood-burning stove for winter use.  A modern kitchen with black granite work surfaces leads on to a large, roofed terrace with al fresco dining facilities for ten people. The gardien lives in a small apartment which is  attached to the villa but with an independent entrance.   He is on hand to meet guests and show them around the villa, provide assistance and advice. The villa is within walking distance of a good supermarket and boulangerie and just a few minutes drive from the delightful medieval town of Valbonne with its many excellent restaurants, shops and a buzzing market.
