Gorgeous 5 bedroom Provencale villa with pool, walking distance from the charming village of Valbonne. An ideal base to explore the Cote d’azur and in particular, the delightful hill towns of Mougins, Grasse and Valauris. 25 minutes from Nice International Airport, Antibes and Cannes.

The space

The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have luxurious bed linen.
They are configured as follows:

Master – Super King sized bed. Ensuite bathroom with bath, large shower, double basin and toilet. There are sliding doors from the master bedroom onto a large private terrace with sun loungers and views over the pool to Casterlleras chateau.

Upstairs Middle bedroom (Pink) – King Sized Bed. Shares family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet with the Upstairs end bedroom.

Upstairs end bedroom (desk) – Double Bed. Shares family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet with the Upstairs end bedroom.

Downstairs bedroom – King Sized bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower. There are double French doors opening directly onto the garden and pool area.

Apartment – Double Bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. This is in a separate annex across a small courtyard at the back of the villa and has its own entrance.

The villa has a generous open plan living space. There is a separate area off the kitchen which catches the morning sun and is fabulous for breakfast or for escaping from the rest of the family. It opens onto an outdoor seating area. At the opposite end of the villa there is a separate TV snug area with sofas and an 85 inch TV, opposite the baby grand piano. The lounge opens onto the outdoor dining and seating area, garden and pool. Imagine spending long evenings sipping rosé and eating olives at the outdoor dining table under the Plane trees.

Food lovers will enjoy cooking in the fully equipped high spec kitchen with induction stove, Gaggenau appliances and nespresso machine, or outdoor cooking on the Napoleon bbq.

Smart speakers throughout enabling either zoned or full house music.

If you do need to work, there is high speed satellite internet courtesy of Starlink and desks in the upstairs end bedroom and the apartment.

Guest access

The villa is set in a peaceful elevated position with all day sun and views of the neighbouring hill town of Castelleras, the Bay of Cannes in the distance, the French Alps and the roof tops of the Village of Valbonnes.

Valbonne town square with its many shops and restaurants is 25 minutes by foot.

Other things to note

The property has a lit petanque court, swimming pool and undercover table tennis area. The pool is heated and there is air conditioning in all bedrooms and the kitchen.

PLEASE NOTE, HOUSE PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED. The house is in a quiet residential area and we ask that renters respect this by keeping noise to a minimum.
